Existing users of the academic version of Vectorworks 2010 can apply for an educational version of interiorcad free of charge. You will receive a download link and an activation code once you fill out and submit the form below. Your interiorcad activation code will be valid as long as your Vectorworks academic license. Note that it won't be able to run without Vectorworks.

Please contact your local distributor if you don't already have Vectorworks. The local distributors list is available at http://www.nemetschek.net/international.

Your activation code won't run if you fill in with incorrect serial so please ensure that your serial is entered correctly. After the download and the installation of interiorcad you have to select the interiorcad workspace. Please also note that the educational version is free of charge. Therefore we cannot support it or send out installer DVDs.

interiorcad Licence Agreement

This is an additional agreement for interiorcad owned by extragroup. This agreement doesn't change your licence agreement wiht Nemetschek North America (NNA) about the usage of Vectorworks. Please note especially:

Any use of this license for commercial or professional purposes is strictly forbidden.
You may only operate this software on one computer at a time.
You may not make this software available to any other person or entity.
You may not modify,reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble interiorcad. Also merging with other software is strictly forbidden.

Additional License Agreement for interiorcad

1. License Grant and Restrictions

1.1 EXTRAGROUP grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the software in the package according to the terms set forth below. The software is licensed, not sold. The software is owned by EXTRAGROUP and its suppliers, and its structure, organization and code are the valuable trade secrets of EXTRAGROUP and its suppliers. German Copyright law and International Treaty provisions also protect the software. You may not copy the software, except as provided in this agreement. Any copies that you are permitted to make pursuant to this agreement must contain the same copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on or in the software. By using all or any portion of the software, you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement, except where it violates local law. Clauses deemed to violate local law are void under this agreement, but all other clauses remain in effect.

1.2 The license has been distributed for educational purposes only. Any use of this license for commercial or professional purposes is strictly forbidden. In addition, Student and Education copies may be distributed under certain restrictions set at the time of sale; the Licensee agrees to abide by these restrictions.

The Licensee May:
(a) Operate this software on one computer at a time.
(b) Make one backup copy of the software, provided that the backup copy is not installed or used, which is automatically subject to this agreement.

The Licensee May Not:
(a) Make this software available to any other person or entity.
(b) Modify or merge the software with another program, except as described above.
(c) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software except to the extent you may be expressly permitted to decompile under applicable law, it is essential to do so in order to achieve operability of the software with another software program, and you have first requested EXTRAGROUP to provide the information necessary to achieve such operability and EXTRAGROUP has not made such information available. EXTRAGROUP has the right to impose reasonable conditions and to request a reasonable fee before providing such information.
(d) Sub-license, sell, lend, rent, or lease any portion of the software without permission.
 

2. Upgrades

All upgrades or sequential versions of the program obtained under upgrade agreements or offered at a later date in consideration of this purchase will be considered one program under this license agreement. Under no circumstances will the providing of upgrades be considered as permission for this program to reside on more than one computer at any time, nor may the Licensee sub-license, sell, lend, rent, or lease any portion of former versions of the software. Again, the license and the Licensee's right to use the software terminate automatically if the Licensee violates any part of this agreement. In the event of termination of Licensee's right to use the software, all copies of the software must be destroyed or immediately returned to EXTRAGROUP.
 

3. Notes

This software involves valuable proprietary rights of EXTRAGROUP and others. There is no transfer to the Licensee of any title to, or ownership of, this software; nor is there transfer of any patent, copyright, trade secret, trade name, trademark, or other proprietary rights related to the software. The Licensee may not violate these rights and must take appropriate steps to protect EXTRAGROUP's rights. EXTRAGROUP may at any time replace, modify, alter, improve, enhance, or change the software. The license and the Licensee's right to use the software terminate automatically if the Licensee's violates any part of this agreement. In the event of termination of Licensee's right to use the software, all copies of the software must be destroyed or immediately returned to EXTRAGROUP.

This software is based on Vectorworks Designer Academic version. Vectorworks is a product of Nemetschek North America (NNA). This agreement is additional only for interiorcad owned by EXTRAGROUP. It does not change the Licensees agreement with Nemetschek North America. Vectorworks includes technology from Adobe Systems Incorporated. Adobe and Adobe PDF Library are either registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe Systems Incorporated in the United States and/or other countries.
 

4. General

This license agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes any prior agreement between EXTRAGROUP and the Licensee. 


5. Warranties and Disclaimer of Warranty

5.1 No Warranty: The software is provided "as is" without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or durability and the warranty against infringement. EXTRAGROUP does not warrant that use of the software will be error-free or that use of the software will meet the Licensee's needs. The Licensee represents that (a) it has the requisite expertise to evaluate the suitability of the software and that you have in fact undertaken your own investigation of the suitability of the software for your purposes; and (b) you have relied upon your own skill and judgment in selecting the software for the your purposes in accordance with, and subject to, the provisions of this agreement. 

5.2 Disclaimer: EXTRAGROUP DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF DESIGN, MERCHANTABLITY, DURABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW CANNOT BE VALIDLY WAIVED.

5.3 Limitation of Liability: INDEPENDENT OF, SEVERABLE FROM AND TO BE ENFORCED INDEPENDENTLY OF ANY OTHER ENFORCEABLE OR UNENFORCEABLE PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, IN NO EVENT WILL THE EXTRAGROUP'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO THE LICENSEE (INCLUDING LIABILITY TO PERSON OR PERSONS WHOSE CLAIM OR CLAIMS ARE BASED ON OR DERIVED FROM A RIGHT OR RIGHTS CLAIMED BY THE LICENSEE), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AT ANY AND ALL TIMES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE, IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR BREACH OF ANY DUTY) OR OTHERWISE EXCEED THE CONSIDERATION PAID BY THE LICENSEE TO EXTRAGROUP UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL EXTRAGROUP BE LIABLE TO THE LICENSEE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF GOODWILL OR BUSINESS PROFITS, EVEN IF EXTRAGROUP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES WILL APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW REGARDLESS OF THE SUCCESS OR EFFECTIVENESS OF OTHER REMEDIES.


6. Export Rules

You agree that the software will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or any other export laws of the United States or European Union, restrictions or regulations. In particular, but without limitation, the software may not be exported or re-exported (a) into (or to a national or resident of) any U.S. embargoed countries (currently Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan and Syria) or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person's List or Entity List. By using the software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.

I agree with this additional licence agreement.
